Cost cutting calculator
We have put together a ‘cost cutting calculator’ which can give you a good idea of the savings you could make if you shifted more of your communication channel from phone calls and face to face visits to a digital solution underpinned by CMS technology Webstructure.NET.
All you need to do is enter the amount of calls received over a year, the number of face to face visits received over a year, and your programming team costs over a year.
We have entered default percentages for the ‘move to web’ fields, but this is just to help to demonstrate the possible numbers – you should replace them with figures which you believe are realistic for your organisation. Please note that this is not a guaranteed saving, just an illustration using the official Socitm figures released and our estimation of investment required.
Please see below for more details on the field classifications.
