Our 2018 Client Day included some very well-received practical insight sessions that we are now making available as on-demand webinars. In the first of a four-part series, Jody Willis, Head of Design at Abacus, presents the benefits of implementing Google Event tracking to get an in-depth view of how your users interact with your site.
Jody explains the purpose of Google Events, demonstrates how they are added to a site, and exactly what they allow you to know about user engagement with your content. He discusses some findings from our own event tracking analysis and how this influences what our designers build. He also describes the standard set of Events we provide to track common UX interactions across Webvision Cloud sites. Armed with greater insight this data provides, clients can make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of their content and user experience.
