Abacus takes its place in the Top 50 of The Drum Digital 100

The Drum has released the first and much anticipated top 100 Digital Agencies for 2011. We are delighted to announce we have come in at position 46 of 100.

The Digital 100 ranks agencies on their UK fee income from digital activities for the most recent complete year of audited accounts available to them. The list also highlights the top marketing agencies, top design and build agencies and top technical agencies as well as rankings of the agencies in the regions.

To have made our position in the top 50 against the industry’s finest is a fantastic achievement in what has been a very challenging year for the UK economy and in particular for the markets we specialize in (media and public sector).

We have been busier than ever in 2011, having completed a management buyout from our former parent company Bond International; the acquisition of a marketing consultancy and subscription fulfillment specialist (Alliance Media); and the development of a new innovative cloud-based technology (ADvance) in the audience development space which will provide Abacus with an opportunity to continue to grow the business and continue to invest in web technology and content management solutions.
