Through our Cloud platform release programmes our Customers have enjoyed new functionality and commercial benefits every month – including support for multi-language frontends, sophisticated native advertising and video/audio content, and new email products; a wave of CX improvements (UX, security, and performance), identity and access management controls (segmentation and messaging for personalisation); and customer data management tools required for GDPR. This is only possible with a Cloud platform.

2017 has been all about the Cloud!
We’ve been busy this year, to say the least. Our customer experience platforms have gone from strength to strength, with over twenty brands onboarding during the course of the year, including new Webvision Cloud sites for IBC, Medendium Group (Guidelines, Guidelines in Practice, Guidelines for Nurses), KHL (KHL, American Cranes & Transport, Construcao Latino Americana, Construccion Latino Americana), Wilmington (Health Service Journal), MBI (Broadcast Now and Screen Daily), Newsquest (Insurance Times, Global Reinsurance, Strategic Risk Europe, Strategic Risk Asia, Reward, The Strad), Ascential (Retail Week), UBM (Building, Building Design), and Metropolis Group (Property Week); and more new customers coming aboard our Customer Data Platform (ADvance) to help them manage their customer data and subscription businesses including Boat International, New Scientist, Jewish Chronicle, and William Reed Business Media.

In November, we celebrated this at our Inaugural Customer Experience Management Client Day and shared the stage with our Customers to provide the auditorium with debate about the forthcoming GDPR measures, case studies of customer success, ‘how to’ help sessions, and networking opportunities over coffee, lunch and one or two drinks at the bar to round off a satisfying day of Abacus Insights!
