Our platforms continue to go from strength to strength, with the migration to the cloud a few years ago contributing to their ongoing and increasing success. Through our monthly release programme, we continuously evolve our platforms’ development by optimising their functionality. This ensures that our clients are able to deliver the best experience that drives ongoing audience engagement and loyalty, leading to improved tangible business metrics.

Through the development of new features, regular bug fixing, and enhancement of existing modules, we are able to expand our platforms’ capabilities, which enable our clients to meet their evolving business objectives. And with GDPR just around the corner, strengthening security and safeguarding our client’s customer data is continually a top priority.

The development of new functionality has provided our clients with an ever increasing sophisticated toolset to improve overall engagement with their audiences and see tangible commercial benefits. Examples have included multi-language frontends, which are being used by clients such as KHL to support their international publications in Spanish and Portuguese. We also made enhancements to further improve the sophistication of our native advertising and video/audio content templates, which are being used by several of our clients which include Cabinet MakerRetail WeekBroadcast Now and HSJ.

The most recent upgrades to the platforms have revolved around improving the e-commerce journey functionality. The overall checkout process has been streamlined to reduce the number of steps needed to complete a purchase where possible, making the flow of the experience easier for the customer to complete. The metadata layer has also been extended to capture data from the checkout process, including different stages throughout the journey. This gives our clients the ability to implement enhanced checkout reporting which can feed into their ongoing product development and delivery strategy.
