Retail Week has been a Webvision CMS client since 2008 and is the leading provider of news, analysis, video and key market data for the retail sector. The upgrade to Webvision Cloud provides Retail Week with the benefits of being on a fully managed SaaS platform that is continuously updated with new features and functionalities that will extend their digital business capabilities. The platform’s segmentation and personalisation capabilities will help Retail Week drive greater engagement with their audience across all devices and provide new opportunities to grow digital revenue streams. The project also required a level of integration work, including Marketo for email marketing and Ascential’s in-house e-commerce funnel which integrates directly with Salesforce, to synchronise their audience data with their group-wide CRM.
